Count me out, an EGM would be a waste of time and money for everyone involved. Sholom's time is better spent doing deals than placating impatient shareholders (and non shareholders). Wait for the AGM.
Just let them get this ann out asap. When they said it was a big complex deal(s) they obviously were not joking.
