The announcements to market, that have been placed on the ASX during the extended trading suspension, have been accurate in their content. They have been checked and approved by the ASX before being allowed to post onto the ASX platform. The company has been working very well with the ASX and the extended period of suspension went way beyond the company's initial expectations. The law firm, QBL have been using, to act on their behalf, and negotiate with the ASX, are one of the leading corporate and company legal law firms in Australia. They deal with hundreds of companies and deal with the ASX on a regular basis. They fully understand and are confident dealing with the complexities of the type of document that QBL has submitted to the ASX regarding their recent acquisitions.
The Board and its legal team have been working with the ASX, almost on a daily basis, often into the long hours of the night to resource, collate and provide the necessary content required to meet all of the ASX Listing requirements. The company is fully aware of the frustration caused by extended delays and has gone out of its way to keep the market informed and abreast of the situation on a week by week basis, rather than choosing to leave its valued shareholders in the dark as many companies often do, during an extended suspension period. They have also provided information on Facebook, commentary support, and provided this Q & A forum to help the members as a courtesy service. The formalization process is now in the final closing stages.
