Geez let's put it this way, MXC have acknowledged that the VC deal hasn't gone according to plan.
They have made it known that it is out of their control and the delay is the fault of VC, despite the 'binding agreement' signed by both parties.

Hence, they have also acknowledged that they could have taken legal action against VC but have chosen not to at this stage and given VC the benefit of the doubt to delay the deal (as they requested).

Shareholders whom have been in contact with Roby (or other board members) have been told this, and that the VC deal is not 'dead' (as of yet anyway).

So, why are people giving s*** to MXC about the VC deal if this has been out of their control? If VC decide to discontinue with the deal, there are other ways of retrieving the money (i.e. legal action). MXC did the right thing and announced the deal to the market once it became a legally binding agreement.

The thing that annoyed me about MXC is originally the lack of communication to shareholders regarding the VC deal when delays occurred. In the last couple of months however, Roby has been more than open and willing to provide shareholders insight (without disclosing sensitive information) and answer their questions. Roby seems like a good bloke and he has done well with communicating with shareholders IMO. Brett has also spoken to another shareholder (not sure about others) regarding questions he had.

We have been informed by both MXC and VC that the deal is still alive and the launch will occur mid-year (see my previous posts regarding evidence that the deal is still alive), now how about we all just kick back until we receive an announcement regarding VC before we keep jumping to conclusions. If you have any questions, how about you get in contact with Roby and I'm sure he'll happily provide you with answers and guidance.

Ultimately, this is not me saying the VC deal will definitely go ahead, despite there being evidence to suggest it will. I'm just having a crack at the posters who continue to push this VC agenda, when clearly it has not been the fault of MXC, but that of VC, from what we've been told.

Anyway feel free to share your own opinions, other than that, have a good weekend lads.
