A few things
Before I saw top 20
I assumed minderoo was selling
When I saw top20
I was a bit confused and guarded about ratty selling noting it's not actually ratty but the fund manager who is selling
I talked to several other top20 shareholders and other smart investors I discuss and share info with and we all had assumptions and bits and pieces of the story. Don't get me wrong- it's something that had us all concerned in varying degrees.

As a large and concerned shareholder I contacted ratty personally to which he responded with a lengthy and detailed response which I appreciated. I find ratty very approachable, hard working and a sensible human being.

I also contacted WP and got his take. He was surprised too initially but it's not his job to panic about who is buying and selling and their reason - it's Wayne's job to create a sustainable business for long term investors such as myself.

So although it looks ugly it is what it is.
Some here might feel safer if the top 20 kept increasing their holdings as a single point of proof the company was healthy. Some people panicked about a NED who exited stage left and sold a portion of his holding. These events are fact.

All I can say is that I've communicated a discussion with Wayne and ratty to help others on this forum make a decision based on preciously unavailable information for an event that initially had me sceptical.

However after talking to both WP and ratty I'll continue to accumulate.
