Anything could happen. You would hope WKT would be informed first but you never know. We saw the transfer of ownership signs on the portal before an Ann confirming it. The internal process is an unknown so I would not discount seeing a change on the portal before an offical trading halt. A potential trading advantage to anyone monitoring the portal.
