Don’t know exact answer but looked at it myself this week and found it interesting. Have ZLD stocks on both. As you know volumes are low on ASX (approx 140000 AUD exchanging hands), but very low on OTC (approx $4000USD). ZLD on ASX 0.010 AUD (0.0074 USD). ZLD on OTC is 0.09 USD (0.12. AUD). So probably something to do with volume.
