I cannot for the life of me understand why people eat blue rare steaks. I used to work in a restaurant and every now and then you'd get someone asking for it. 30 seconds on each side, send it out- and half the time it came back 'cos "it was overcooked".
But anyway- each to his own. Get yourself an Anova and do your steaks that way- then you'll really appreciate the incredible flavours.
