    Hi Jim,

Thanks for the review, sounds like it does everything the good Dr Yacov has been telling us it would (despite what some very poor down ramping conspiracy theorists have been saying in the hope of spooking holders/new investors to pick up shares cheap).

I have recently finished my PhD in cardiac physiology. My research investigates potential treatment strategies for arrhythmia which is why I started buying shares in this company at IPO. From a research perspective I saw how much potential this product + the patch has for the early detection of life threatening arrhythmia before a person even reaches a doctor, truly a game changer for the medical system, especially in China & America where you cannot access a GP easily!

I haven't looked into the technology behind the Prizma but I am aware of a large amount of research which focuses on using heart rate variability (HRV) to measure stress levels. Essentially HRV is the beat to beat variance within the heart i.e if you have a resting heart rate of 60 beats.per.minute, the first heart beat occurs then the next 1 sec later, then the next 1.5sec later, the next 0.8sec later, the next 1.1sec later. As you can see there is a large amount of variability within that pattern but we have only ever really looked at heart rate (until recently) in a bpm manner which averages out all the variation. Whereas you can measure HRV over three mathematical domains (time, frequency and non-linear). By measuring HRV across these domains you are able to tell how much influence the sympathetic (SNS) and parasympathetic (PNS) nervous system is having on the heart (however the research is still very early and by no means well understood, I am about to publish research which suggests that HRV may actually be influenced by factors within the heart that have nothing to do with SNS or PNS). Regardless, I would assume this is how they are measuring stress levels, as stress is very closely related to SNS overdrive and if they are able to measure ECG with the prizma, it means they are collecting R to R intervals and allows them to analyse HRV.

I hope that (brief) introduction to cardiac physiology makes sense and if you have any other questions about how the product works I am happy to help.

Bargain buying at the moment while we wait for CFDA. All in my opinion only!
