I think it's about time Ross MacLachlan either steps up or gets fired!!! As CEO, he needs to be held accountable for this debacle! What exactly does this guy do anyway? He's only ever gets a brief mention in KPO announcements like a special comments guy on the football commentary. As far as I can tell Horgan and Davey run the show on behalf of JB who has more important irons in the fire. Enough is enough fellas, either land a bloody deal or come clean and admit this company is and always will be nothing more than a game of corporate smoke and mirrors!
