From what I understand these back and forths are normal for chinese associated investments. Not sure if its a tactic or they just like to go over the deal several times but they are notorious for being difficult and changing goal posts right up until maximum frustration level. Then one day, the money arrives.... so i wouldn't be loosing any sleep over what is a normal tedious and painful chinese business engagement.
