    Hi Gumboots, KNL is not waiting for a Mining Licence so doesn't really matter which ones they are fast tracking, feel sorry for the likes of WKT though as your article seems to suggest they are not the priority. SML being fast tracked, no mention of ordinary ML. I suppose for new ordinary ML they will need to look at those local preference rules pretty closely and give some guidance on their interpretation.
