no i dont agree.
neb and the boys dont constitute a team to put together a pre-feasibility study let alone a bankable one.
where are the independent consultants, the RSG's, Snowdens etc??
its all good saying they are going to undertake a BFS but as we have seen we cant believe that RAU will actually do something until they do it.
their annoucements said that RAU undertook pre-feas work in 06? where were the results of this?
