I should add, BWX only recently raised public capital to make an acquisition while the SP was riding high and rammed it through just prior to a savage sell down on the 1H report, at which point their lowball insider offer comes in to buy the company. That takes some nerve to put out the hand to public capital to buy what they want and then take it private shortly afterwards at a premium.

I've stated before, I am not a fan of the offer, I have a much longer timeframe on this company that is obviously growing and selling well in China in particular.

$6.60 is too cheap. I know it, they know it, large holders know it. If they offer a sensible price then I am sure holders would take a different view.
