    Mars have no interest in Vet in Australia.
    I have actually sat in a conference with the CEO of VCA and my understanding is they are not interested outside of the USA.
    Also, ignore what Mars paid for VCA . Lots of synergies that are not priced in.
    I’m not sure anyone will buy GXL. I think any PE wanting to buy vet clinics would just start aggregating existing vets at 5x ebitda rather than overpay for what seems like a pool of distressed assets at a premium.
