If they get an offshore block then they will need more than the $100 million of funding they have organized, so they would likely have to farm in a major to explore and develop it unless they fund it through profits from production of other projects, gas, oil, minerals, diamonds,..... no wonder I'm hanging on to these suckers. lol

Where would spec stocks be without dreamers??
