I have spoken with Sholom today and we thought, in respect to the concerned shareholder's questions, that we would clear the air regarding a couple of key points raised.

Q: Was the decision to release the ASX announcement on Monday in any way tied to the recent shareholder action calling for an EGM?

A: Not at all. As clearly stated in our previous public releases, we had provided all the information to the ASX and were awaiting an imminent approval from the ASX. That approval from the ASX formally came on Monday morning as we were already expecting, and as we had previously announced. The few nervous shareholders were calling for an EGM the past few days at a time when the company had already concluded the process with the ASX, and there was nothing further that the company could have or needed to have done further to achieve the approval and in fact that approval was received as expected.

Q: Is QBL run just by two Directors, Pnina Feldman and Sholom Feldman?

A: No. Although Pnina Feldman and Sholom Feldman are both executive directors, and as Chairperson and CEO respectively they are the ones driving and responsible for the company development, QBL and MCL have a full executive management team developing the company and their projects. The Boards themselves of QBL and MCL have a total of 6 Executive and Non-Executive Directors, which also include Independent Directors.

Pnina Feldman: Executive Chairperson
Sholom Feldman: Executive Director / Company Secretary
Meyer Gutnick: Non-Executive Independent Director
David Austin: Alternate Director
Andrew Kavasilas: Executive Director
John Easterling: Non-Executive Independent Director

The executive teams of QBL and MCL also include additional project managers and an executive management team, who assist in the day to day management and development of the various projects, including the mining projects, the medical cannabis projects, the nutritional hemp growing and product manufacturing divisions. Further information on the company and its projects will be released in the upcoming announcement.
