    Hi @Bundy.
    I sincerely don't wish to muddy the water....Just talking from my own experience.....I have a liking to certain chart "structures"
    just a couple of examples.....There are too many to mention.
    # NEC was meandering around $1.50 for a long period a while back with very little price movement while the OBV was nicely trending up....I made a decision to buy it because the uptrending OBV.
    # The same with CAJ....A long period of trading range with neutral or uptrending OBV.
    No other "lagging" indicator would have enticed me to buy either of them.....They are mainly concerned with price not volume.
    # SWM....A dog that lost >40% in a few months while the daily OBV was neutral
    Price & Volume....Fullstop.....The rest is just a distraction.
    VSA is another powerful tool , but it is hard to master & needs careful lengthy analysis.
