Unfortunately whether or not there is a takeover will depend entirely on the major shareholders, which include Chris Morris and Penny Maclagan. If I recall (I may well be wrong in this) between them they would own almost half the company. Mind you, it would not totally surprise me if Morris felt that the pain of running this company was not worth it.
