So they have double checked the lay of the land, re-worked the plan, and will be ready to drill pending approval. Progress, methodical and constructive, they aren't throwing darts and hoping here.

If results are good across the entire Mal play then off we go as the 'anomaly' is a 12-13km long by 5km wide area that's being 'covered' by drilling.

I think they have hung their collective hats on Mal/Husky delivering something decent. Seems like they've elected to drill a fair amount of 'extra' holes over the Mal anomaly from looking at the updated plan. They are looking to cover the 'entire' Mal anomaly in this first pass, this is a confident start (whereas before they left out the 'middle' and 'edges' around the '1' and '3' Mag regions).

Once their done they'll have a definitive picture of whats going on no doubt, (for good or ill). Certainly the 'profile' they're looking for is 'hard-to-miss'/'distinctive'.......they'll know if they're sitting on something prospective and widespread pretty early on in the program imo.

If the geo's are mumbling appreciatively or alternatively scratching their heads over early logging/lithology finds and so on mgt can be confident they really couldn't of done much more at this stage of the game imo......after all the ground has the right hallmarks and is definitely in the right region, and we're about to drill it.

We may see a cap raise off the back of initial results for funds to fast track a JORC via a big infill drilling program (that's the dream but I wont be holding my breath).
