so therefore buddy...its not sensible and you wouldnt expect that behaviour from zfx and andrew michaelmore.

There is one reason that AGM is 1.07 and that is the zfx bid....without it AGM will be back with its peers...no more and no less.
SO if zfx dont raise the bid (and we have discussed why they wont at this stage) and no one accepts and zfx says final offer $1 and there are no other competing bids....what will the funds do with their shares???

They are not long term holders imo.

The more shares that funds accumulate...the more shares that will be delivered to zfx at the final offer subject to no other bid.
So zfx could end up with 20-30% on the final day when their bid closes.
then i assume they are free to buy more on market if they so wish and they can average down their buy price.

as i said on the zfx thread they are making that much money from the interest on $2.2bil ie $14 mill per month that there is no need to hurry this offer through.
If it takes 6 months then zfx has made $70-$80 mill more in interest which reduces the cost of AGM purchase.
Also AGM is not producing so we dont really need it yet.
Bear in mind that it will only become more valuable on production day in the minds of the long termers.

    cheers
    andrewe
