Would you need to send in ID to join, or at least be able to post?
Would you need one of those keyring gadgets the banks are using to generate codes to post.
I feel it's a long way off. It's not as entrenched as some think, and I think the majority that have 2 nics have crossed the line and been suspended at some stage. It's pretty harmless as they are often ratbags to be suspended in the 1st place, and come back as ratbags posting the same stuff.
The tough line should stay however, because the practice can be used to manipulate us monkeys.
