There is 0% chance of any takeover. First because of Chris Morris' blocking stake. But more importantly - why sell now? SPZ needs a few years of building up the ANPR, and the technology arm. Once that happens, the recurring streams of passive income will start flowing through reducing the risk. With the amount of hard work done in the past few years, I highly doubt he'd sell.
