Banks aren't charitable institutions , in fact they are at the opposite end of the spectrum.

If the banks couldn't in the cold light of day see a surviving CNP as beneficial to their interests then CNP would be buried now.Simple as that.That date - the 15th -has passed.

Nothing is as cold and calculating as a bank , nothing in this universe,....it's not rocket science.....and their imprimatur is stamped on the recent sheer survival of cnp.
