FAT hasn't even started let alone build 1, sure CAT may be able to see and touch HX long before we do, but how could CAT goes binding on something that doesn't work yet...
My view is still no binding until after Build1(think about the lengthy internal corporate process whichever the project manager has to justify to their senior executives for CAT to go binding on something doesn't work yet)
