So, previously, payment had to be made within 28 days or interest would need to be paid by JBFG to HML but now theres a put option that can be exercised in 5 years which will then require payment in "tranches".
They dont even bother telling the market how the payments will be structured. Maybe a dollar a year for sixty seven million years (but the full amount should be added to their NTA, hey hey)
