1.5% is high grade for hard rock - all the Australian producers/soon to be producers (PLS, TAW, KDR, AJM) are around that mark. You might be confused with the 6% concentrate that is the typical saleable product from hard rock lithium mines after beneficiation. The highest grade hard rock lithium mine in the world is Greenbushes in WA which is 2-2.5% and regarded as a geological freak.
While these are only rock chips, they are truly exceptional grades. I'm in BSM primarily for Millie's Reward, though the small amount of cashflow coming from the graphite will hopefully limits CRs to fund the lithium exploration. The spodumene-containing pegmatite lengths are there, just need to drill some holes and hopefully get some decent intercepts at good grades.
