NTA after tax ~$2.14
^That is a considerable jump from where we are now. (To a reasonable approximation)

NTA before tax ~$2.53
NTA after tax ~$2.22

Given cash in a bank vs a put option and convertible note, I know which one I would take at face value and which one I wouldn't.
