I thing everyone is touchy atm, including me!

However I have assets I don't own - called a mortgage! If I were forced to sell, my equity would be >70%, so even in a sale I would get a considerable amount. Centro is the same - $26.6B in assets, say 70% realized in sales would still leave $18.6B, with $15.9B in debt, leaving $2.72B - throw away 700M for costs etc, that still leaves $2B and with 845M shares outstanding - that would be about $3 per share.

Even 50% less would still reap $1.50 - would make me very happy but other SH probably very sad...
