I don't think that is correct. For a compulsory acquisition they still have to provide you with a 'Compulsory acquisition notice' outlining your rights to:

- obtain the names and addresses of everyone else the bidder has given the notice to; and

- apply to the Court for an order that the securities not be compulsorily acquired.

If it was as easy as you say, they wouldn't have bothered putting out this latest announcement.
