I've seen cases take 5 months for a decision to be handed down. All i know is there is someone slowly reducing their large holding. Thus we see the daily swing between 0.2cents and 0.3cents. This would be caused by accumulation.

One has to look at the fact if this was clear cut, then the judge would hand down his decision straight away, moreover, this case would have been dismissed if there was no case to answer, or if it was clear cut, decision would have been handed down once both the plantiff and defendants had put forward their cases.

Whilst the decision will have ramifications either way, either good for business and rule of law. Or VIC is a bad place to do business.

I think the challenge will be damages if the court that the government had acted in a negligent, or arbitrary fashion. They then have to go through a number of guidelines and calculations to determine damages.

So this is what i'm guessing is taking the time, how much is it going to cost the VIC government. Worth stating they have SLA but these are mere guidelines. Courts and the legal process has to be seen to be carried out and court are not beholden to anyone or any time frame.

It took 25 years for the Hillsbourough families to get justice. The wheels can turn very slowly especially for those wronged.

Best thing to do is forget out about it and find out and be pleasantly surprised. I've got my alerts setup for announcements so i don't miss the news. But got plenty of other companies and investments to watch over.
