I looked at the financials on the latter pages of the 131 pages.

The Medcan financials show no activity except a figure of $10,000.
No sales, expenses, nothing. Maybe I missed a page.

Medical Cannabis have had very little turn over at this stage.

I googled Medcan. I see where they incorporated in 2016 but there is no GST registration yet.

I could find a Medcan FB page where all sorts of articles or sharing of stuff by others concerning Marijuana have been posted, but no actual Medcan info . Maybe I need to look further.

I can’t find a website for Medcan Australia P/L. I can find a Medcan overseas Company only.

Does anyone have any information about this acquisition.

I’d like to know how many acres of plants are growing, how many tractors are there, how many glass houses.

I just want information like that before I make a decision to buy shares.
