The wording in the link is ‘binding agreements’ ie plural so it could well be.
What’s sure though is alvarroes which is most advanced- mine already operating and Lpd just have to put the concentrator from uototech then we’re good to go with P1. We currently have a form of binding agreement with grupo mota but we understand the finer details of that agreeement will be ironed out soon as part of the DFS document.
