I have no issue about the number of shares going to project partners, or project "facilitators" as the case may be...but is this what the placements are being used for?

If so, why not state so in the 3b notice.

Each and every placement comes with a "Section 708A (6)" notice which states "subject to a subsequent offer for sale".

As for non-cash issues (in lieu)...I would still rather see 2% of the company issued at 30c...even 50c...than at just 17.5c for all sorts of reasons.
