    Why agree to the break fee in the first place???

    MIN Offered a opportunistic bid at a low point in AGO's share price.

    The board agreed to support this and PAY MIN, WHY WHY WHY????

    What do we get for this decision???

    I just don't get this boards decisions,

    I'm lucky I've doubled my money, and I'm glad to move on.
