Your known known here is the profitability in the quarter, which we can guess within a few million. Known knowns don't move share prices, and if they do, very little.
As for your unknown knowns, that would be the court case still waiting for a verdict. We know the outcome is highly unlikely to be favourable to BRL (despite what some may think, as it is always bullish in BRL rainbow-unicorn-lollipop-playland...), but we don't know what cost this is going to be to the company. This is what is holding the SP back and the markets wants confirmation before making a decision on which way to go.
Meanwhile, that huge resistance trendline gets lower everyday, and the bid side gets thinner and thinner. Ignore the charts at your peril
