I wouldn't listen to the spin the investor relations team (a.k.a PR) of any company gives you. I'm sure you could contact any company on the ASX and they'll give you the impression that everything is all rosey. That's actually the entire purpose of investor relations. They are there to comfort and make you stop questioning your investment with the company
