No they don't. If you take "in June", the median dates are June 14-16 so the expectation is the DFS will appear around this date, Posters even gave that expectation. But if you change it to "before the end of June", the expectation changes towards the last week of June, which is where we are at. People are now talking it might not even happen. From the middle of June, the share price has fallen from $1.20+ to 1.08 today. I bought on the "in June" and was very disappointed that it became "before the end of June."
