Can you explain why you think the medcan deal is alright as I have struggled to find out anything of substance about medcan.

Licences can be applied for on the Government Website for Drug control. I had a look and it does not look difficult to do.

The financial statement for medcan on the 131 page document has no transactions or amounts for medcan other than an amount of 10,000.

If it was a going concern there would be a profit and loss report with items, like, sales and expenses. There would be a balance sheet with entries like Office equipment , cash at bank, stock, GST collected, GST owing etc.

Medcan seems to be a name and not an active business.

It would be interesting to see figures for today who actually sold shares. Hot copper people or directors.


If last week I created a few million shares as a means of representing ownership of an empty bucket.

Then today I sell you a big handful of those shares for money.

Tomorrow, I will have your money, you will have no money and the empty bucket is still empty.
I dont care if the bucket is empty because I still have lots of shares to sell to your friends and I am going shopping with your money.
You are happy because the bucket is pretty.
