I wouldnt think Namibia (total population around 2 million)
is the next NYSE.
Majority (30%, also where majority of white population is))live in Windhoek and in the towns of Walvis Bay and Swakopmund.
Cant imagine there are lots of investors.I think a listing is more to do with PR than anything.
