    Yes...but looks like they have used a standard calendar year for these timelines in the presentation to punters imo. So "3rd quarter to commence mining" would mean anytime between the 1st July to 30th September...and in 2018 as per slide below with "Cash from Sinclair Zone Caesium Mine"
