Agreed Salty, but I'm pinning my hopes on the fact that this is not just a normal project going cap in hand to the banks. This is a project involving German business, government, and banks and has aid connotations that interest the World Bank,it also has a product that is wanted by serious industry, so my take is that these things together will get it over the line.
