As a general view:
The SP move in regards to an announcement is related not to the absolute value of what's in the announcement but to the difference between the expectations (prior) and the announcement.
If the expectations are high and the ann came in short we can see a drop in price but if ann is exceeding the expectation ... than you'll see the jump.
In our case everybody is expecting BG, however the most benefit for the SP (IMO) will be the OT / major group deal as there is not much on the expectations side.
