Now the price is a great question, I am not sure about 80c and above, i would be really happy if it was.:-) However I think it would only run if the deposit was a sizeable one ie like $10m or more. I am hoping that the shares wont get sold down but I think it might because the money isnt in the bank yet. If the first payment after the deposit goes into the bank then it will be a good sign and that will give a nice base for the sp.

PS I am hoping they are literally doing the financing and announcing it instead of just an agreement.
