    Speculation about an impending deal to bail Ambac by a few banks sounds a lot like the Buffett proposal a couple of weeks ago.

    The Rats (Banks) have been chewing away at the Ship's hull are now working on a deal to bail the sinking ship.

    Will the Rats bail or jump?
    Can the Rats afford to bail?
    Or are they all going down regardless?
