The 50000 drill hole program is starting this month, with evidence that this will result in a major resource upgrade they would be crazy not to delay the BFS until that drill program has completed.

A major resource upgrade will make 500 Million look like chump change on the BFS and will greatly increase the negotiating power to get the best interest rate with whoever finances the project.

This is a smart play by the BoD and another shrewd move by BB, it's always the unassuming types you have to worry about in business!
