Speculation about MBIA rescue seems like De Ja Vu which prompted yet another short covering rally to stop the financial's freefall on Friday. (Fannie May, Fredie Mack etc).
Had to laugh at the silly posts on Sat morning claiming that Banks are about to rally. lol
The longer they hide thier losses the longer this will drag.
What's worse than being oversold is being more oversold.
So a short covering bounce is probably the best they can hope for.
