    For someone with such a large (supposed) portfolio, you don't know the absolutely basics here?

    OMBB allocation was through the broker-firm offer. Applying through the prospectus is the public offer.

    IMO, never apply through public offer. The lead manager would have full authority over the book anyways and refunds take weeks.
