I assume people are smart enough to know that the initial jorc was due in q1 and is now expected in q3. That is at least 4 months later than expected, which pushes everything back.

If they gave 3qtrs between initial resources and pfs, then pfs at earliest q2 2019. Of course, that is assuming no scoping study and more importantly no delays, which going by their track record is unlikely.

But yes of course the company says they will be producing in 2019, so take their word for it I guess.
