If the asset backing is $2.53 and if Coe and Friends already own approximately 60% of the company having a few more friends in there buying at these low prices will make it easy for them to mop up the remaining shares at a bargain price that way they can take the company private and break it up the way they want to without share holder uproar and Coe and friends can keep the fortunes.
