For any people that have margin lending accounts utilising CQT stock as collateral feel free to fill in the sample letter to send off to your margin lender, the asx, asic and the company secretary.

If there is anyone utilising this stock which is being held as security then this should put a stop to it and leave the market being a true reflection of the companies current situation.

The Fax numbers are as follows

    Dear

RE: Conquest Shares (CQT) held as security by

Following and article read by myself in the business section of the Western Australian Sunday Times newspaper this weekend (see enclosed a copy of same) I very respectfully request that < insert name of margin lender> ends the practice of lending my Conquest Mining (CQT) shares to traders if they are currently doing this.

It is felt by myself that the practice of lending my Conquest Shares (CQT) to traders who intend to short sell Conquest Shares (CQT) is counter productive and not assisting our respective margin positions given that we are leveraged and remain reliant on the price of Conquest staying up in order to protect our margin levels.

The very nature of short selling our stock works totally against us and thus creates a massive conflict of interest for those of us who have loans with your company.

It is felt by myself and many others in the stock that the probable short selling of Conquest Shares (CQT) is creating abnormal volatility and uncertainty in the market price and is not a accurate or true reflection of what the stock price potentially should be.

We thank you for your assistance in the above matter and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship in the future.

    Yours truly,
